We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with over 4 years of expertise in tactical planning and supply chain technology within the global pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Skilled in supporting the implementation of Tactical Planning Roadmaps for Innovative Medicine (IM) planning products, including platforms and applications such as OMP (SOP, MEIO, OPR, Data Manager), SAP-APO, and SAP-IBP.
Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Product Owners and Global Process Managers, to manage intake, prioritisation, capacity, and release planning aligned with strategic business goals and high-performance team timelines. Adept at eliciting and documenting detailed user requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that directly address business needs and problem statements.
Demonstrated ability to oversee product development initiatives, conduct impact assessments, and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing phases including Technical Acceptance Testing (TAT), Feature Integration Testing (FIT), Business System Testing (BST), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experienced in managing defect resolution and supporting root cause analysis for escalated incidents.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes in OMP, including demand planning, supply network planning, and advanced planning capabilities. Deep understanding of SOP layer functionalities such as simulation, scenario planning, solvers, and inventory management (min/max, safety stock), and how these integrate with OPR data flows.
Proven track record of driving business value through technology, managing multiple critical priorities, and working effectively within large, culturally diverse, global matrix organisations. Skilled in coaching and developing peers and team members to foster continuous improvement.
