A prominent recruitment agency in Gauteng is seeking a recruitment consultant to develop effective strategies, source candidates, and conduct interviews. Ideal candidates should have completed Matric, strong communication skills, and experience in sourcing through online platforms. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with Client Relationship Managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
Completed Matric – Secondary Qualification would be an added advantage. Recruitment agency experience (added advantage). Candidates sourcing & relevant working experience using online platforms such as P-Net, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment is essential. Targeted Selection / Competency-based Interviewing System is essential. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
