This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Chief Safety Officer located in Rustenburg.
The Chief Safety Officer will oversee health and safety protocols, conduct accident investigations, manage security measures, and deliver safety training programs.
The role involves developing and implementing safety standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
- Experience in Accident Investigation and Compliance Training
- Skills in Safety Training and developing safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage teams on‑site
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
- Certifications in relevant health and safety practices are a plus
- Experience in a corporate or industrial environment is beneficial
