Remote IT Support Specialist & NOC Operator
Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in South Africa seeks a Remote IT Support Analyst. This role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting incidents remotely, and effective communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should possess at least A+ certification, relevant IT knowledge, and experience in an IT desktop support environment. A high level of service excellence and attention to detail is paramount. This position also requires the ability to manage tickets within SLA standards.
Qualifications
- Must have Matric.
- A+ certification required.
- 3-5 years experience in IT Desktop Support environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to end-users and troubleshoot incidents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and follow up on tickets.
- Ensure ticket updates are current and effectively manage requests.
