Job summary
A leading electronic design firm in Pretoria East is seeking an Electronic Tactical Product Tester to ensure quality in product and software testing. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electronic Engineering and 1 to 7 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coordinating tests, documentation, and managing testing equipment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with innovative technology.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronic Engineering is a must.
- 1 - 7 years of experience in the field of testing required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio is needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the testing of products and software.
- Work alongside development engineers to test, debug, and qualify products.
- Draw up test setup and system diagrams.
- Produce test result documentation.
- Manage the tactical demonstration and test product pool.
- Design test cables as required.
- Proofread all user documentation.
