Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Virtual Advisor in East London to provide expert advice on personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales and hold a relevant qualification. This role offers the chance to build lasting client relationships while working independently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in short-term personal lines insurance sales.
- Must meet FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements including RE5.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions for clients’ personal lines insurance needs.
- Service customers and review portfolios for long-term relationships.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, bankers, and insurers.

- Providing solutions for clients’ personal lines insurance needs.
- Servicing customers and regularly reviewing their portfolios to ensure long-term relationships.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, bankers, and insurers.
- Applying sound practice management, including adherence to all compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in short-term personal lines insurance sales.
- To meet the FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements, including having an FSCA-approved qualification and the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- To be energetic, self-motivated, and driven.
