Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Production Planner to drive operational efficiency by executing production schedules and optimizing capacity. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain and 1-2 years of supply chain experience. Candidates with FMCG experience and knowledge of Production Planning software will be favored. The company offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Qualifications

- Execute and manage daily production schedules for all production units.
- Conduct capacity and procurement planning.
- Update and maintain master data daily and monitor forecast variances.
- Generate KPI reports and track adherence to processes.
- Communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to departmental strategy and implement tactical plans.
- Analyse historical performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
