Foreman Workshop (Transportation, Trucks, and Commercial Vehicles) Salary : R25, - R40, Basic + Benefits Location : Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, Fourways Are you a young, dynamic, and driven individual with a passion for trucks and commercial vehicles?

Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is looking for a Foreman to manage the workshop operations for truck and trailer repairs.

If you're a qualified Red Seal Motor Mechanic with experience in side tipper links, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations and manage a team of 15 mechanics.
• Ensure trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles are maintained and repaired to high standards.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are operational.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.

Requirements

• Red Seal Qualified Motor Mechanic (Diesel qualification is advantageous but not essential).
• Proven experience with truck and trailer maintenance (side tipper links experience a must).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
