Responsibilities

• Manage the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end financial results and reconciliations
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimisation
• Drive internal controls, compliance, and financial governance
• Provide strategic financial input and insights to support decision-making
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team
• Contribute to process and systems improvements within the finance department

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) – essential
• 2–3 years post-articles experience in a commercial environment
• Strong technical understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP / accounting systems
