- Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Managing staff including discipline and work rosters

- Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience. Minimum 1-year related experience required
- GAAP/ Micros experience and knowledge - advantageous
