A recruitment agency in South Africa seeks a Virtual Advisor to provide expert advice on personal lines insurance. The role involves building a client base, servicing client needs, and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience in short-term insurance, strong communication skills, and be self-motivated.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in short-term personal lines insurance sales.
- FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements must be met, including the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Responsabilités
- Provide solutions for clients' insurance needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, bankers, and insurers.
- Review client portfolios to ensure long-term relationships.

- Providing solutions for clients’ personal lines insurance needs.
- Servicing customers and regularly reviewing their portfolios to ensure long-term relationships.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, bankers, and insurers.
- Applying sound practice management, including adherence to all compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in short-term personal lines insurance sales.
- To meet the FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements, including having an FSCA-approved qualification and the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- To be energetic, self-motivated, and driven.
