Job summary
An international insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Cape Town. The role includes processing supplier invoices, month-end support, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and organised, with 2+ years in accounts payable. Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Experience with month‑end reconciliations and reporting.
- Familiarity with Xero or MYOB is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and ensure correct coding in Xero.
- Assist with journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations.
