Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing supplier payments, and assisting with key month-end processes.

What You'll Do

Accounts Payable

Process supplier invoices and ensure correct coding in Xero.

Prepare and execute fortnightly payment runs.

Ensure correct coding to general ledger accounts.

Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoice entry.

Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

Month‑End Support

Assist with journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.

Support broking commission and payroll accruals.

Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations.

What We're Looking For

You’re detail-oriented, organised, and love working with numbers.

You thrive in a structured environment but stay flexible when priorities shift.

2+ years' experience in accounts payable or general accounting.

Experience with month‑end reconciliations and reporting.

Familiarity with Xero or MYOB (advantageous).

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience in financial services or insurance (desirable, not essential).
