A global payroll solutions provider is seeking a Payroll Operations professional who can process payrolls and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in payroll processing, knowledge of best practices, and proficiency in relevant software tools. - Process GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and approvals.
- Update and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Support the Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks.
- Maintain Zendesk ticket queue.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
- Responsible for ensuring full data integrity.
- Build processes and focus on continuous improvement.
