We are seeking a motivated and articulate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a major US-based client with their high-volume recruitment efforts. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and scheduling qualified candidates for a wide range of positions. Key Responsibilities

Manage and confirm interview calendars for the assigned office.

Respond promptly and professionally to all candidate communications, including emails, text messages, and voicemails.

Conduct callback outreach to selected applicants and schedule follow-up interviews.

Make + outbound calls per day, aiming to book interviews daily.

  • Screen incoming resumes and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and confirm both initial and follow-up interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates via phone and voicemail to maintain engagement.
  • Update candidate statuses and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all candidate interactions and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
