Responsibilities

• Process GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and approvals.
• Update and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Support the Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks.
• Maintain Zendesk ticket queue.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
• Responsible for ensuring full data integrity.
• Build processes and focus on continuous improvement.
