A dynamic marketing agency is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage ad budgets and drive campaign success. The role includes overseeing significant monthly budgets, conducting detailed performance analysis, and leading A/B testing initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience, proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, as well as strong analytical skills in Google Analytics and Excel. We are searching for an expert Paid Media Specialist to assume key responsibilities in our organization.
Oversee and manage significant monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend to hit KPIs like Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear client‑facing reports.
Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments to find new growth levers.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns (in‑house or agency)
- Proven expertise in both Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel / Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
