The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in operations or remote team coordination, and a strong understanding of remote productivity tools. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, compliance, or remote team coordination.
  • Proficiency in remote work tools and time-tracking software.

Responsabilités

  • Monitor employee activity using time tracking and screenshot review.
  • Evaluate team members' online availability and response times.
  • Conduct random security audit calls via Teams.
  • Track PTO and other discrepancies, and report as needed.
