As part of a growing team that supports 700+ e-commerce brands, you\'ll play a critical role in shaping how we plan talent, manage spending, and support continued expansion.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the development of headcount, utilization, and workforce capacity models.

  • Forecast external staffing demand based on client growth and recruitment metrics.

  • Review company spending, highlight key variances, and propose cost-efficiency strategies.

  • Partner with senior leadership during budget creation and quarterly reforecasts.

  • Build financial models that help translate operational realities into financial outcomes.


What Makes You a Strong Fit


  • 5+ years of senior-level analytical or FP\&A experience

  • Solid grounding in accounting principles and IFRS/U.S. GAAP

  • Demonstrated mastery of spreadsheet modeling and complex forecasts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field

  • Experience in BPO/outsourcing or high-volume recruiting environments is beneficial
