Our client is a reputable provider of speech therapy services catering to clients in the US and UK. They are seeking a dedicated Remote Speech Therapy Assistant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients while being part of a supportive South African-based team. • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering virtual therapy sessions to clients across various age groups.

• Implement therapy plans designed by SLPs, focusing on speech, language, and communication disorders.

• Monitor and document client progress, providing feedback to supervising SLPs.

• Prepare and organize therapy materials and resources for virtual sessions.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and educational professionals to support therapy goals.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with client confidentiality protocols.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital tools to conduct sessions and manage documentation.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery.

• Stay informed about advancements in telepractice and speech therapy methodologies.

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating therapy sessions to accommodate different time zones.

• Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.

• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

• Empathy and patience when working with clients of diverse backgrounds.
