Billing Support Consultant (Cloud Solutions, AWS)

What you will do
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support billing and order-to-cash processes
  • Design email templates as needed
  • Conduct research and analysis on products
  • Develop training programs and assessments for consultants
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports upon request
  • Follow team training and policies
What you need to succeed
  • Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher, spoken and written)
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Strong networking knowledge
  • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, billing, and order-to-cash processes
  • Customer support experience with cloud (SaaS) products
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Sales‑savvy, experienced in administrative work, with excellent communication skills

  • Personal laptop (at least 8GB RAM) and stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
