Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with business goals

• Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all campaigns

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and creative output

• Manage end-to-end marketing projects from concept to completion

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional events

• Monitor marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize campaigns

• Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners

Requirements:

• A Degree in Marketing, BA Communications, or related field

• 8–10 years of experience in brand or consumer insights management

• Strong understanding of the marketing mix and brand positioning

• Proven experience in the South African retail and wholesale landscape

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent leadership and team management experience

• Self-starter with strategic thinking and hands-on implementation abilities

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation

• Strong research, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to stores
