Job summary
A well-established institution in Cape Town is seeking a Senior System Operations Analyst to enhance system performance. This hybrid role requires collaboration with technical teams and entails responsibilities from system analysis to documentation. Qualifications
- 18+ months experience as a System Operations Analyst, or similar.
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems, including databases and performance tuning.
- Experience in turning technical findings into structured outputs.
Responsibilities

- Analyse system data for performance and recommend improvements.
- Document methodologies for future reference.
