Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town for a Second-In-Charge (2IC) professional. The Second-In-Charge will assist in overseeing daily operations, supporting team leaders, monitoring store performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role entails fostering strong team collaboration, maintaining high customer service standards, and driving overall business goals.
