Senior Solar PV & BESS EPC Project Manager
Job summary
A leading renewable energy developer in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System project. You will manage the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 7–10 years of EPC project management experience, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of NEC contracts is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years experience managing large EPC or infrastructure projects.
- Practical experience with NEC contract frameworks.
- Certification such as PMP, PrEng, or PrTechEng is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project execution plans.
- Lead project risk management and comply with safety standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
