Our client, a leading construction company seeks to employ a skilled, qualified and experienced HR Manager, to take ownership of HR functions at a fast paced and progressive regional office in Cape Town. Please note that this is not an entry level role and does require a candidate who has at least 5 years experience, at HRBP / HR Management level, specifically in a Technical / Engineering or Construction.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
  • Completed a degree in HR Management or similar, coupled with 5+ years experience in HR Management, specifically in a technical, engineering or construction environment, with expert knowledge of contributing toward the success of the business through ensuring systems, policies, procedures and employee wellness programs are optimal and aligned.
  • Solid experience in organizational planning and development, HR operations, Talent Management, Workforce planning, People / Performance Management and Compliance / Reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, motivating attitude, can-do spirit, effective communication skills, and results driven orientation.
  • Experience in a unionized environment is essential.
