Job Opportunity: Admin & Payroll Support for Two Thriving Businesses

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration? We are seeking a remote admin assistant for a unique dual role with a well-established farm and a successful psychologist practice.

1. Farm Business:
   - Manage monthly payroll for farm staff
   - Liaise with the accountant for financial reporting and reconciliation


2. Psychologist Practice:
   - Handle admin duties related to medical aid claims
   - Liaise with medical aid schemes, submit claims, and manage the entire claims process

1. Admin experience is essential
2. Payroll experience (for farm staff) is a bonus
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle medical aid claims efficiently
4. Own Wi-Fi and laptop (remote role)
5. High attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
7. Available for morning working hours - you will probably work around 15 hours a week
