Opportunity

We’re expanding and looking for dynamic Sales Executives who are passionate about business development, networking, and helping companies connect with the right recruitment and training solutions.

This is a commission-based role, perfect for someone driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by results. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our recruitment team to grow Femploy’s client base and bring in new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across Africa, South Africa, and Europe.
  • Pitch Femploy’s recruitment and training services confidently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to secure new business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team once clients request placements.
  • Maintain an organized client pipeline and provide weekly activity updates.

Details

Commission only: 10% on successful placements or training deals closed.

Probation: 2‑week performance review period.
