Site Ops Manager – Security & Client Delivery (WC)
Job summary
A leading security company in Cape Town is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations, manage security staff, and ensure compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the security industry, hold relevant qualifications, and possess strong leadership and operational skills. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years experience in the security industry.
- Grade A PSIRA registered.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
- Report writing skills.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Medical fitness.
- Clear criminal record.
Responsibilities
- Daily running of site(s) with Branch Manager.
- Report changes of rosters to the Roster Clerk.
- Ensure correct number of guards is posted on sites.
- Visit the sites at least once or twice a week.
- Attend to the officers problems/queries promptly.
