Responsibilities

1. Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
2. Supervise construction crew, assign tasks, and provide guidance
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
4. Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment
5. Manage construction resources, including materials and equipment
6. Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during construction
7. Ensure quality standards are met and perform quality inspections
8. Prepare reports and updates for project managers and stakeholders

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
2. Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
5. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Organizational and time management skills
8. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
9. High school diploma or equivalent
10. Additional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus
