A local software firm in the Western Cape is seeking a technical support specialist to provide second line support and assist computer users. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, hold A+ and N+ certifications, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The role requires a can-do attitude and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Our Western Cape branch is looking for someone that is keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You will provide second line specialist support and assistance to computer users by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining the customer's network, software and computer equipment relating to our ARCH Products.

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A+ and N+ certifications are a minimum requirement; however, if you have relevant experience your application will be considered.
You should consider applying if you enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and problem solving on the spot. You’ll be required to work overtime, weekends and standby from time to time.
