Responsabilités
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity automation solutions.
- Engage with process owners to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into automation design requirements.
- Ensure deployments align with compliance, security, and quality standards.
- Conduct ROI analysis to validate automation benefits.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Act as liaison between IT and business teams.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing automation performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
