Claims Administrator

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Claims Manager you will be responsible for processing and managing various claims tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Request and follow up on payments to external service providers.
• Process all recovery and third-party claims through our appointed external service provider.
• Handle and process all windscreen claims.
• Accurately maintain claims records and documentation.
• Liaise with service providers clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage a large volume of email correspondence effectively.
• Assist with general claims administration tasks as required.

Qualifications : RE 5 (Essential) FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4 Matric Skills : High attention to detail strong organizational skills excellent communication client service orientation proactive team player. Sector : Short Term Insurance Function : Commercial Claims Type : Permanent
