  • Manage client accounts, updating contact information and order history.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services.
  • Gather feedback from clients for improvement.
  • Provide product training or educational resources.
  • Assist the sales team with lead qualification and customer communication.
