Ensure implementation of the Group’s compliance frameworks and programmes in consultation with the business, ensuring conformance with regulations and delivering through a team of Compliance specialists.

Ensure adherence to organisational policies and procedures, especially regulatory and ethical standards.

Perform regular audits, design control systems, and help develop and implement company policies.

• Identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring secure systems and processes.
• Analyze regulatory trends and provide insights for compliance improvements.
• Collaborate across functions with Regulations, Tech, and Risk teams.
• Apply data-driven decision-making using performance metrics.
• Monitor fintech systems for compliance and manage vendor risks.
• Participate in compliance reviews, incident validation, and reporting.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on controls and legislative compliance.
• Build collaborative relationships within FNB and across groups.
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with organisational standards.
• Engage in personal and professional development activities.

• BCom, LLB, or related bachelor’s degree; postgraduate diploma advantageous.
• 2-5 years experience in risk, compliance, or audit environments.
• Experience in South African and broader African financial services; fintech knowledge preferred.
• Skills in data analysis, system testing, and technical compliance.
