Job summary
A leading financial services firm in South Africa is seeking a dynamic Wealth Management Product Distribution Manager. This role will focus on driving business growth and enhancing market reach across wealth management products. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in financial services, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in scaling assets under management. Qualifications
- Minimum years of experience in wealth management, investment distribution, or financial advisory leadership.
- Proven success in scaling AUM, building distribution networks, and developing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial instruments, and investment vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a wealth distribution strategy to grow AUM and revenue.
- Oversee the marketing strategy for wealth management products.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and client engagement.
- Partner with investment teams to ensure successful product rollout.
- Track and report on distribution metrics and AUM growth.
