Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience as an Electrical / Mechanical Engineer in a heavy industry / manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience in managing multidiscipline maintenance teams in a section / area.
• Government Certificate of Competency MDP or equivalent would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supply maintenance and engineering support to maximise plant availability.
• Drive root cause analysis and suggest changes to prevent recurrence.
• Manage projects for equipment renewals and capital projects on time and within budget.
