Résumé du poste
A retail job portal is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Secunda, Mpumalanga to oversee store operations and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in retail management, strong communication skills, and knowledge of stock management systems. This is a full-time position and offers an opportunity to effectively lead a team in a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial level.
- Knowledge of FMCG environment and related legislation.
- Understanding of retail consumer behaviour and purchasing trends.
Responsabilités
- Lead operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Manage stock ordering and stock levels effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service to improve satisfaction.
