Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Randburg is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to implement financial strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical initiatives.
- Oversee accounting, audit, treasury, and financial control functions.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, FSCA, SARB regulations, and tax legislation.
- Lead investor relations and capital raising initiatives.
- Champion the financial digitization journey, working closely with technology teams.
- Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant CA(SA), in good standing with SAICA Required
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Sector experience in Banking, FinTech, or Information Technology (preferred)
- Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and fundraising
