A prominent recruiting agency seeks an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing communications, and organizing Board meetings. With approximately 10 years in executive support, ideal candidates will possess exceptional organizational skills and discretion. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top-level management in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations for the CEO.
Qualifications
- Approximately 10 years of experience in an executive support role, ideally with C-suite executives.
- Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsabilités
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings and prepare minutes.
