This is a Fixed Term role until July 2026 working 21 hours per week over 5 days (ideally starting at 8:30 a.m.). We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the Director of People Services at Swansea University. This pivotal role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating high‑level meetings, and handling sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, monitoring email correspondence, and ensuring timely follow‑up on actions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the University, contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. This role sits within the People Services department, a high‑performing and forward‑thinking team committed to excellence and innovation. The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 – A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please, etc.).
