A leading pharmaceutical company in Johannesburg is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize operations through innovative solutions. The role involves project management, data analytics, and continuous improvement principles. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering and skills in data analysis tools. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and opportunities for growth in operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Exposure to data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Participation in projects or process initiatives is beneficial.
Responsabilités
- Manage projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Implement kaizen principles for process improvement.
- Build and maintain company scorecards with Power BI.
- Facilitate workshops to promote innovation and research.
