Job Description

A leading FMCG business is seeking a commercially astute Operations & Route To Market Manager to drive strategic planning, supply chain optimisation, and national distribution performance. This is a high-impact role suited to a seasoned professional with deep experience in Route-To-Market strategy, production planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Alignment

  • Budgeting and forecasting aligned to sales roadmap
  • Identifying risks and Capex requirements
  • Sequencing strategy to meet business objectives
  • Communicating operational plans weekly/monthly
Supply Chain & Production Management
  • Integrating supply chain into procurement and production
  • Managing production, procurement, and quality control
  • Tracking excise-related production records
  • Driving efficiency and waste reduction targets
  • Procuring materials on time, in full, at best value
  • Managing supplier relationships and cost control
  • Leading annual supplier negotiations
