What You Will Be Doing

• Designing end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integration patterns, data architecture, security models, and custom development strategies.
• Leading technical workshops and translating complex business requirements into clear architectural designs.
• Acting as the senior technical escalation point for clients and internal development teams.
• Governing the technical implementation to ensure it aligns with your design and follows best practices.
• Based on your chosen path, you will either:
  • Technical Track: Remain hands-on, writing proof-of-concepts and solving the most complex coding challenges.
  • Leadership Track: Focus on leading, mentoring, and managing the performance of a technical team.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or a senior developer/consulting developer ready to make the step up.
• Deep and broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integration patterns.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, or progress towards the CTA) are highly valued.
• You must be based in South Africa to be considered for this role.
