Job Title: Go-High-Level and Automations Expert

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 35 years in digital marketing with at least 2 years hands-on Go High Level experience

Hours: 8am - 5pm EST

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in home service businesses including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing. With over 40 active clients we help our partners grow through results-driven marketing strategies, automation and innovative solutions.

We are seeking a Go-High-Level (GHL) Certified Automations Expert to join our team and take ownership of all client automation workflows, campaigns and system processes. You will be the point person for all GHL-related tasks across our client base, building campaigns, creating automations, designing forms, troubleshooting issues and staying on top of GHL updates to maximize client performance.

• Serve as the lead expert for all Go-High-Level activity across 40 client accounts.
• Build, optimize and manage automation workflows and marketing campaigns.
• Design custom forms, landing pages and pipelines tailored to client needs.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and provide solutions to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Stay current with Go-High-Level updates, features and best practices and implement improvements across accounts.
• Write compelling copy for email sequences, SMS campaigns and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute campaigns that drive leads and revenue for home service businesses.
• Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking of campaigns and automations.

• Go-High-Level Certified (required).
• 35 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years using Go High Level.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts within GHL.
• Strong knowledge of home service industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.).
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency (preferred).
• Strong technical skills for building and troubleshooting automation workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience writing high-converting marketing content.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, API connections and other advanced GHL features.
• Understanding of lead generation strategies for home service businesses.
