A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a Social-Media & Online Reputation Management Specialist to enhance their digital presence and manage their brand reputation across all digital platforms. The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, have at least 5 years of experience in social-media management, and demonstrate proficiency in relevant tools. This role is based in Elandsfontein, Gauteng and offers a dynamic work environment.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Social-Media and/or Digital Marketing Management.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of ORM tools and digital analytics.
Responsabilidades
- Manage all corporate social media channels like Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and monitor content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Set up and optimise paid media campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions professionally.
- Conduct sentiment analysis for brand perception management.
