Triz Engineering Solutions is looking for a talented Industrial Simulation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing simulation models for automotive production lines as well as the transition of engineering designs and data into production. Apart from being a contained and well-rounded person with a high EQ level, he/she will be required to deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years plus of post-graduate experience in developing and implementing simulation models for manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in using simulation software such as Simio (experience with other simulation tools like Arena, FlexSim, or AnyLogic is a plus).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production line dynamics, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Willing to travel overseas for variable periods

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate simulation models for automotive production lines using Simio.
• Collect and analyze production data to inform simulation model parameters.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in production lines.
• Interpret simulation results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to understand requirements and objectives.
• Present simulation results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance simulation accuracy and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and insights.
• Transition engineering designs and data into production, ensuring seamless integration and implementation.
