Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a credit intelligence team across multiple analytical and policy development workstreams.
  • Design, implement and enhance credit intelligence policies, processes, models and strategies.
  • Produce advanced statistical insights to support and improve credit decision-making.
  • Ensure delivery quality, analytical accuracy and regulatory compliance across all outputs.
Education
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Statistics (minimum)
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification in Finance or Statistics (ideal)
Experience
  • 68 years of experience in retail credit analytics including advanced analytics and modelling
  • OR 57 years with an Honours degree including SQL programming and descriptive analytics
  • Minimum 3 years portfolio‑specific experience
  • Experience with credit principles, policies and frameworks
Skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong planning, organising and coordination abilities
  • Effective presentation, reporting, research and project management skills
