Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, managing on-site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for implementing quality control processes aligned with QC Level 3 qualifications, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor quality control procedures in accordance with QC Level 3 standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting on project progress.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in South Africa.
• Valid QC Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Relevant South African construction industry certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites.
