Lesaka Point of Sale is on the lookout for a skilled Cloud Services Technician to join our dynamic team! If you’re passionate about technology, customer service, and problem-solving, this is your chance to make an impact in the fast-growing POS and cloud solutions industry.

About the Role

As a Cloud Services Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients’ systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will:

  • Install and configure routers and hospitality solutions to keep businesses connected.
  • Ensure stores remain online and data is accurate on the web.
  • Train customers on computer systems and software programs.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues on-site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve call-outs promptly and professionally.
  • Program and adapt software for optimal performance in customer environments.

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle (business use with courtesy car hire).
  • Willingness to travel long distances within the region.
  • IT qualification recommended (N+ and A+ preferred).
  • Windows networking experience and strong IT technical support background.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Point of Sale experience and network cabling skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • After-hours support may be required for critical cases.
